Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard lead times is 3 to 5 Business Days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.
In stock items will be shipped via UPS or Fedex.
Please note that the restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restocked date. You will be charged upon check-out for all items.
How can I track an order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include confirmation of purchase, shipping information, and the tracking number you will need to track your order. You can also email us at
Refund policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us; however, if a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item. We will accept returned goods for full refund within 7 days of package delivery date. Returns made after that date and before 14 days will be given store credit (with a 25% restocking fee). Returns are only accepted before 14 days.
Items without a RMA or without original packaging will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@syjliving.com. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

The following categories may be eligible for exchange or refund, if not noted as Made To Order: decorative pillows.
The following categories are final sale: Artwork, Mirrors, Bedding, Lighting & Made to Order.
Eligible merchandise must be returned in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original SYJ Living order confirmation and original tags attached
Products are not eligible for return regardless of any delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. The estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates that are made after an order is placed are agreed to at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming the estimated restock and shipping timelines prior to purchase via emailing us at hello@syjliving.com.
Cancellation policy
SYJ Living has a no-cancellation policy for back-ordered and pre-ordered items outside our 24 hour cancellation window from time of purchase. Our team works hard to keep our site up to date with the most accurate stock and estimatedshippingtimeframes. Once your order is placed, it is sent to the manufacturer and a cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed your order. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame due to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the estimated ship times of item(s) in your order as often as we are updated by the manufacturer and will ship items as they become available. We thank you for your patience regarding back-ordered and pre-ordered Shoppe items.
If we are unable to cancel your order, please feel free to return your order for qualifying products to us for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping. Please contact customerservice@syjliving.com to receive authorization of your return. If we are able to intercept your order, we will process a cancellation if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
Shipping & Product Damage
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please reach out to customerservice@syjliving.com to file a claim within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
A photo of the damaged merchandise
A photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging
A photo of the packaging
A photo of the shipping label
Claims will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Most products shipped are eligible to be replaced. SYJ Living cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 48 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL MADE TO ORDER items can not be returned or exchanged.
Special Order Items
Items which have to be specially ordered from our vendors are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@syjliving.com.
Lead Times
Production and shipping lead times vary depending on the product. Please visit individual product description pages to view estimated lead times.
Drop Ship Items:
Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors.
If your order includes both in stock and drop ship items, you will receive multiple shipments. Please note that drop this items have longer production and shipping lead times.
Theft Policy:
SYJ Living does not cover instances of theft.
When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. Unfortunately, in the case of theft, we are not able to cover it. We apologize if theft was what happened and sincerely hope that the package turns up.
